Customer Reviews
You may post a review of a product on its product page. These terms apply to anything you post, and you accept them by posting.
- Your own honest opinion. Review a product you have actually used. Do not post on behalf of anyone else, and do not accept payment or any other benefit in exchange for a review.
- We do not check purchases. Reviews appear as soon as they are posted and we do not verify that the reviewer bought the product, so we make no claim that they did. You will not see a "verified purchase" label on this store, because we do not perform that check.
- What we publish. Your first name and last initial, your rating, your review text and any photos you attach. We do not publish your full name.
- Prohibited content. Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, or infringing someone else's rights. Do not include other people's personal information, and do not photograph anyone who has not agreed to appear.
- Photos. Only submit photos you took or own the rights to. By submitting one you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it alongside your review on this store.
- Removal. Reviews are published without prior checking, but we may take one down if it breaches these terms. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove a review simply for being critical.
- Changed your mind? You may ask us at any time to take down your review, or to delete the personal data behind it. Write to customers@noirfold.com and we will confirm within 48 hours.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoirFold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. In particular, your remedies for goods that are defective, unsafe or not as described are unaffected by this section.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Nothing here affects your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to bring a complaint before the consumer commission for the place where you live or work. We will not ask you to give that up.
